flammable memories
I really am a sucker for notebooks and stationery. I have loads of new notebooks (ranging from the moleskine cahiers, to the plain muji notebooks to the nondescript ones picked up from friends and travels), languishing in my cupboard, waiting to be cracked open and scribbled on. Current favourites are the muji thickset plain notebooks with a red bookmark, so loved and worn the brown paper has long fallen off.
The hoarder in me keeps all the notebooks I decorate (thanks to all the doodling I do in class) and it’s always interesting to look back and what I was thinking/ doing all those bored moments in class! There are things I barely remember writing or drawing anymore; it feels a little like I’m stepping back into a time machine!
My moleskine smells of the lavender sprig J brought home for me, and also the year i discovered and saved the chloe tag with the smell of chloe intense.

music in 2008. The quote on the left reads: There are worse things than being alone, but it often takes decades to realize this and most often when you do it's too late, and there's nothing worse than too late.

This one says "we are always more afraid than we wish to be, but we can always be braver than we expect"
